A menu exquisitely prepared by Said El Ghallaoui and Younes Gabi, Le Cosy chefs and their brigade, with a beautiful palette of starters, dishes and desserts.

In addition to the menu, three formulas that evolve over the seasons are offered: Dish/Dessert (MAD 200), Starter/Dish (MAD 250), Starter/Dish/Dessert (MAD 290).

You can also enjoy a varied menu of aperitifs, cocktails and wines in perfect harmony with the menu.

      Tanjia is a traditional dish from Marrakech, cooked in an amphora, celled by an oil paper and placed in a bread oven that heat hammam’s water in local village. Our tanjia is cooked very slowly in a normal oven.

      Tunisian Jewish tradition, composed of fish (burbot and prawns or fish of the day), the semolina is accompanied by vegetables (carrots, zucchini, onions, raisins, turnips, chickpeas) and some spices; the whole dish is slightly spiced.
